Fixed it.... finally

So 3gigs of RAM and it runs fine. No more shutdowns - It will let me reload all of my old saved games.

Prior to this it was 1 gig

SB Sound

Now everything is maxed all shaders are on nothing turned off at all.

Maybe 2K should change the minimum requirements to read 2GB lol. It seems like a majority of the people having those issues are only running 1GB of RAM.
