NBA 2K12 freezing - tried everything!

Hey.

About a month and half ago, my NBA 2K12 started freezing at the loading screens. Right away, I went to Youtube/Google to see if there was any fix for this. There was many options and I tried all of them, I didn't really care if I lost my data. Nothing of that worked, so I tried to delete everything on my PS3(reinstalled it). It still doesn't work!

Is there any one who can help me with this? If I can't fix this I'm probably not going to buy 2K13..
