I have a problem with Civilization V: Gods and Kings. When playing, I still receive this error: Unable to load texture [CivSymbolWhite32_DLC_D.dds]

Where can I download this file and where do I save it?

Notepad doesn't seem to be the solution...

Why don't you just use the verify file integrity feature of Steam? If it's broken, it will re-download the file and the savegames should still be playable...
