Cancel deals in Gods and Kings?

Somewhere I read it would be possible in Gods and Kings to directly cancel deals. Since I could not find any appropriate function in the UI, I wonder whether this is true.

No, almost everything is based on time limits. This is in place to really give weight behind each decision. When you KNOW you have to keep giving Alexander your cotton for 30 turns (except if you declare war), it really means something.

Nope, there is still no ability to cancel deals (except to declare war). The new feature is that AI civilizations will sometimes offer to renew an existing deal instead of it automatically expiring.
