Suicide Jumper in Gun Hill

Hi there, new to the forums.

When I go to Gun Hill before I'm ordered to do so (Shrote), there's a guy on a rooftop, threatening to jump. Is there any way to rescue that guy, or does he re-appear later in the game? Or is he there just for... kicks?

I shot him down with my shotgun and he fell off of the building. It was hilarious, but I felt bad afterwards so I reloaded and didn't kill him the next time. But when I came back afterwards I didn't find him on top of the building.

I was wondering about that, too! I saw him a little while ago and didn't know how to help him... Poor guy.

Same here he just seems to jump off the building. Oh well I tried.

i just used creeping dark killed him and he fell off that guy won the bet know what i mean
