Extra civs in random map than max 22?

Do this possible to get more than 22 *max* civs in a random huge map?

Since i added the game:

18 civs (civ5)
7 civs (DLC)
9 civs (EXP G&K)

= 34 civs...

Does it to need a mod? If we already one mod, please link here, thank

It's set in the game code itself as a maximum. Probably for a reason.

Maybe we'll be able to up it with DLL mods once we get those.
