Civilization is a game that takes a very long time to play, and the inability to save a game and load it later makes the game essentially unplayable.
I've had no major complaints about this game up until recently, when I tried to play it again after several months and found that I couldn't load a saved game. Civ games have always been among my favorites because of the high replay value, but the inability to load a saved game is a show stopper. I will reiterate - the game is unplayable without this essential feature.
Do you have any idea as to when this issue will be fixed?
It depends on the issue you are having - It might be fixed now
One quick check is for you to post your path to the /my games/sid meier's civilization v/ folder.

The problem started when the game was updated, three or four days ago. My version of the Civ V is 6.1.7601, following the inicialization screen. But, in the game, the version is 6.0.1.674
Another thing is that in the Load Screen, appear DLC, and when I click, say:
"The following DLC is requered to this saved game
-Genghis Khan's Mongolia
-Upgrade 1"
And this appear to all the saved games. Well, I need help.

There is also your problem, your username has É in it. When you go to your Documents folder, you can right click, select properties. There should be a tab named Location.
Please change the location to a place containing only English characters, so no accents at all. Then please try again.
I create a new user with English characters and moved the folder "My Games" to there, in the same location.

Same issue here.
I can play the game if I start a NEW GAME, and play for 6+ hours. But as soon as I exit the game and then start it up later on and press LOAD GAME it crashes, every single time. In DX11 and DX9, as soon as I press LOAD game.
I have also tried it in OFFLINE and ONLINE mode.
This needs to get fixed ASAP, this is really annoying. In the last 5 years no games have had this type of issue for me.
Love the expansion pack but this NO LOADING issue is pretty annoying.
