Dual monitor shutdown and invisible farms.

It used to be that when I played Civ, the second monitor of my dual-monitor setup would stay on. Now it goes black. Also, all the farms in the game are invisible now. (Restarted game twice... same result.) Not sure what other issues, but these are sure. I'm running an i7 gaming rig with a 2GB Nvidia card.

Just replying that I'm having the same issue with 2 screens. I'm not bothered about not being able to mouse out of the Civ 5 window or no windowed fullscreen option available (though it is 2012 and most games have this) but blacking out my secondary monitor you aren't using? Err...
