A slightly modified version of a standard domination game with Augustus on Continents map. We are using a set of rules for a human player, while AIs play a regular game.

The special rules for Underpowered Nation are:

- A player may not use GS for discovering technology.
- A player may only sign RA with friends (DOF).
- A player may not build GL and PT.
- Trading Luxury and strategy resources for gold is only allowed with friends (DOF)
- Trading Open borders for gold is only allowed with friends (DOF).
- A player may not use liberty policy tree.

- Achieve a world domination victory!
