game closes down

hi can anyone help me please? i love playing civworld but it keeps closing itself down saying this is due to inactivity even when i am in the mini games. does anyone know why this is and what can i do to fix it? i would appreciate any suggestions as this is really spoiling my enjoyment of the game. thanks.

I have not had this problem, but the folks who post 500's in the tower defense mini game mentioned it way back when because you can play that without mouse clicking for an extended period of time.

I believe the work around is bounce to a different screen and then return periodically.

I think it happens when the game goes to sleep. For some reason it doesn't notice you if you are in the minigame and if nobody else is logged in it thinks there is nobody there. I don't think I've ever been cut off when other players were online, but that might just be coincidence, of course.

On a related note: Dear Developers, please stop the battle countdown from pausing when nobody is logged on. I honestly can't take it for much longer, I need to sleep.

Better yet... Allow battles to be scheduled for a specific time prior to the vote to invade.

thanks hun it possibly is the problem as no-one else is logged in when it happens so i will have to try shushu62's suggestion until i get someone else to play.
