will game of the year edition bought in steam get the dlc/expansions not included

i recently bought the game of the year edition on steam and im wondering if the korea dlc and the gods and kings expansion will be included into the game of the year edition sometime in the future [maybe i year or so after the release of said dlc/expansion] i under stand not including them right of that bat but a game of the year edition usually means it has all the dlc and expansions in it. also if it does eventually get included what about the people who have already purchased the game of the year edition?

Most likely not, GotY editions usually don't "update" and give you the extra content. Your best bet would be to spend $2 and pick up the DLC.

i know they usually dont update but they also are not usually released until after all dlc/expansion packs have been released which makes me think what about a few years from now when they have alread finished all the dlc and stuff are they going to leave it as it is and release a different "game of the year edition" with everything or are they going to release like a pack with the not included dlc. idk im just curious on what they plan todo i will probably end up buying the gods and kings pack anyways it looks awesome.

Possible they will eventually have Civ V Complete with Vanilla, G&K and all DLC from both.
