Can't play mac version in Russia

Hello.
I bought Civ V for Win one year ago. Now I have Mac. I downloaded Steam, logged in and saw Civ V in Games. I downloaded Civ V and started to play. Everything was normal about 1 day, but now I can't play Civ V because Steam is starting to write "Not for your region"
Can I fix it? How?

You might be able to fix it, but not here.

Mac support is handled by Aspyr, and this issue may be a steam issue.

It is also possible, the mac version is not licensed for sale/use in russia.
