Can I play with directX 11 ?

Can you please explain me the folowing:

I have latest Direct X 11 version installed.
My video card ATI Radeon HD 3650 series in not DirectX 11 capable.

What hapens if I ran direct X 11 shortcut of the game?

I don't know alot about this direct x stuff sorry, can you advise me?

It will just look like Directx 10

Your video card is not DX11 capable, but you aren't really missing much.

I tryed playing in DX11 mode with minimum video settings, and it looks GPU runs somewhat better, not sure.

That card is DirectX 10 capable. And the options are Directx 9 or Directx 10/11. You should be able to play the Directx 11 version. (of course if you want to play it smoothly, that is also dependent on your other hardware...)
