Curious if I can take Carthage.

Restarted scenario with Version 22.
Took the peninsula and the surrounding islands around 250 bc. I own the city of Salona as well near Macedonia.

Captured Carthage. They then relocated their capital to Carthago Nova way over in Hispania.

I have all Italian Peninsula, Sardinia and Sicily, Massilia (besieged by Gauls), all Illyrian cities (one besieged by Franks), all Greece and south Macedonia.
I haven't tried a war against Carthago... I have other problems with Gauls and Franks...
