eBuyer in the UK often has knockdown-price kits, but they're usually nowhere near a full system. Mobo, CPU and memory, usually, sometimes a graphics card as well. The CPU is generally decent, the memory not high-end but not bargain-basement either. The motherboard is usually the weak spot.
