Sinclair Solutions Add On

Bought Sinclair Solutions Add On for 360 awhile ago but it does not seem to bump me up to rank of 50. Does anyone know what I could be doing wrong? Downloaded it and ran it but nothing changes. Thanks!

It doesn't increase your rank, it merely increases the level cap. The level cap out of box is 40, with Sinclair Solutions you can get up to level 50, but you still have to work for it.
