Since all of these titles are popping up I propose a new title. King of the Seas. You can only settle islands, no mainland except your cap. Everything else that is permitted in tournys is allowed. I think the civs that should be used since they do the best at sea are Spain, Japan, and England. Maybe I will just call myself king of the seas if no one thinks this is a good idea.

Nope. But I messed up on first game though, accidentally settled my 100g city on mainland. It didn't matter though he got AW GW at 3600 and Arabs for fundy as Spanish. Ya not so good, I knew it was over but decided to try. Second game Japan mirror he gets barb and a boat that tells him 7c0g is 2 turns away while I have access to one barb. 3rd game I run right into him at an end of a peninsula with no naming tiles at all or friendlies, he gets a barb and galley again and HBR.
