    You Need More Advertisement.

Come on 2k, whats going on. Do you even expect this game to succeed? I mean how do you think games like Ghost Recon and Max Payne got so popular? Advertisement, a constant stream of trailers and gameplay content, anything to entice the consumers. Now I know that advertising costs money, but how low on funds are you that you can't compete with Rockstar or Ubisoft, not that they don't make lots of money, it's just that I always thought that 2k was one of those larger wealthy game companies like Rockstar and Ubisoft. So please 2k, think about this, advertisement boosts popularity. Get the name Spec Ops: The Line out there so that everyone knows it and sees it frequently.

honestly the last 2-3 months has been tremondous effort to get this out there

Campaign reveals, Multiplayer & Single player playthroughs, multiple SP and MP trailers in short distance from each other
also not to mention they just did a Multiplayer Tournament with alot of big names in the Youtube scene, its not the lack of 2k trying

the gaming market is really tough & 2k is doing there best to gain some mind share

I agree. It's not that they haven't really tried it's more that SOTL has been overshadowed by the GRFS and MP3. It's unfortunate because after playing the demo i am really looking forward to this game. Hopefully if the game ends up being as good as demo then ord of mouth could make this game a sleeper hit. I really hope a lot of people buy this cos the multiplayer looks pretty good and i want a lot of people to play against.

Indeed, I too believe they showed alot of footage here and there, especially MP related.

But somehow it still feel like the game is hidden, and not having enough attention.

How about them answering a few question on the forums? That shows a little support before game release!

Maybe E3 will start a bigger push? Just speculating, but it does make sense.

I know that is cutting it close.

I remember the days of almost non existent Take2 (pre the 2k rebranding) advertising, compared to that what they do now is a tidal wave
