Does it worth buying for PS3?

There is a sale in PSN: Bioshock2 + Additional content bundle. I have a few questions:
1. What is the size of the Multiplayer community? Is it easy to find game lobbies and players to play with?
2. Does the Additional content bundle add the new single player compaign? (Minerva's Den)

1.) Yes, It is still fairly easy. Although, you will run in to many familiar faces. You won't be able to choose your matches during the later hours. Capture and Civil usually has games going.

2.)I'm not completely sure, I'll look it up, later.
