single player game loading don´t work

hey,

Everytime, if i want to Load a Game in the single player game i recieve the fault message "civ5.exe is not running anymore"


How i can fix it?


I´m sure that i´ve the same bug in mp game loading....

Do you first launch Civ5 and then choose load saved game or do you try to open the file directly from your saved games folder?

at first i launch civ5 and then i choose my game in "load games" ..

Best if you can post your dxdiag. Also describe the game you are playing (type, level, parameters) and how deep into it is the save game that won't load.

where i can find the dxdiag?

in both games i´m already about 200 rounds

May be easiest to just go to Windows help and type in dxdiag. It should give you intructions for your OS. For Win 7, Help gives you a link to the DX diagnosis tool which you can save in a text file and then post here.

If having problems after about turn 200 it may be you are running out of resources as the game gets more complex. Your dxdiag may help confirm that if your system is under powered. If this is the issue it can mean you need to play smaller games or turn down the graphics quality.
