I have a problem that my resources (strategic) are disappearing. (I did some forum searches and didn't find the issue, although that doesn't mean that it hasn't been been discussed.) Anyway, I'll use horses as an example. The game says I have 20 horses total 10X2 as I am playing Russia. Note that I also had this happen with Darius. When I moved into the industrial/modern eras I upgraded all of my mounted units to tanks. I saw the available resourse count increase as I did this. However, as the game progressed, the count started decreasing again to the point where I now have only one horse available. As far as I can tell, I have no buildings that requires horses like the recing carnival and I am not (and have not) trading them. So where are they going?
