    How demanding is bioshock infinite?

    Does it use the Unreal Engine 3?
    How demanding will be this games in terms of hardware requirements?

    The game will be using Unreal Engine 3, beyond that we don't know what the system requirements are and likely won't know until early next year.

    As far as I know, the requirements aren't released yet. However looking at the gameplay trailers it looks like it will be somewhat demanding(especially with all the flying parts going on). However however, it will be released on console as well and seeing as that hardware is 7 years old I don't think you will need a super computer.

    Moving stuff around actually doesnt take that much more processing in the GPU - its more how objects are organized in the Game Engine. The lighting effects can be more demanding but those can be dialed down (as many things can be) to allow them to work on lesser graphics hardware.

    I wouldnt try to run it on a netbook with a toy GPU, but any $69 graphics board will probably play it adequately. If they are targeting older consoles you might expect less that 'flashy' results.
