I noticed now several times that while playing the "Eternal Cease-Fire" (not sure if translated correctly, playing the german version) scenario that the AI from time to time may capture one of my cities with one of their units if they are undefended.
They do not declare war before nor are we in the state of war afterwards. Although playing on the highest difficulty this seems a little unfair advantage to me - or to put it with other words: A bug.
