if little sisters are immune to any damage, how do we get the adam out of the little girls when you kill them. i have tried blowing them up with rockets, etc. so how does me using my hands make a difference? does tenebaum give out that plasmid to every splicer in game that can either save or kill them?

Tenenbaum gives the player the ability to take the adam without harming the girls. Harvesting on the other hand is basically forcibly remove the slug thing from within the girls instead of neutralizing it, thus killing the slug and the little sister along with it.

Yeah I know. They're supposed to be almost indestructible thanks to the slug thing. Still, I know what you're saying, but c'est la vie! It's a plot device.

There are some vids on youtube of Little Sisters getting killed by overzealous enemies and turrets.

They might be mods though because they also show being able to stroll around with the LS on foot like they do whenever you encounter a Big Daddy. Either way, it's not so much a plot hole as the designers not wanting you blasting a little girl in the face with a flamethrower.

You hear alot of ways they get badly hurt and they heal fast. But is like breaking legs, I not think any tried to see if cut a arm off, would be able to get it back or grow a new.

That's exactly the explanation given in-game, the second game anyway.

I know it sounds morbid but my understanding is that you would have to cut the slug out of them faster than they would be able to heal the wound. This further highlights the brutality of harvesting the sisters.

hm they regenerate mighty quick, would probably be a team effort from regular splicers to harvest a little sister then a free-for-all. thanks for the info

I'd call this a plot device, because if the slugs are responsible for their quick regeneration I don't understand why we can't blow them into little meaty pieces with a rocket. I'd like to see the slugs repair that.
