Does anyone have any idea why EA isn't putting this game on Steam, XBLA, PSN or GOG? I mean I'm betting the that GOG guys have tried numerous times to get SS2 on their site considering it has pretty much consistently been their most requested game. What I'm wondering is whether anyone has any clue why EA isn't re-releasing it or doing anything with the rights? Just wondering if there was any word on this.
Well EA cares only about profit from new games.
So they don't want a little money for next to no effort? Or am I incorrect on that?
Eh I just have a feeling that they're busy people. Given the market and their massive undertaking to change the company's direction the past couple years (with the return of Riccitello), I'm sure they're just focused on improving their new content.
I doubt it will ever happen. It's too much of a niche title. Like releasing Metal Gear 1 & 2 on XBLA. Only like 10 people would download it.

I'm pretty sure that they would gain sales from at least 200K sales, SS2 may not have been a giant seller, but it didn't have sales that bad either.
