I would be interested in seeing some of the following vigors. As some of them are quite powerful and perhaps unfair, I wouldn't be against them harming Booker similar to Elizabeth's abilities. Of course I could have never come up with the way they are reinterpreting some of the old plasmids so they could probably do more than I could with these but here goes:
----Singularity----. I would love to see something like this but have it be somewhat challenging to use or set up. Instead of reversing gravity as another user posted, it would cause everything within a certain affected vicinity that wasn't nailed down to fall towards that point. Somewhat similar to what the girl used to create the molten ball but the user would be affected as well. Different levels could increase both the affected area as well as size of objects that could be moved. Perhaps it could only be used when the coaster-hook is equipped so as to hold on to lamp posts/door frames/things of that nature to save oneself. Placed appropriately, you could pull harmful objects into the mix or perhaps pull some people off of a ledge (they would of course have a chance to grasp a railing or something). At it's highest level it would be quite powerful though so if ever implemented I'd love to see some sort of work necessary to set it up or maybe have it use up an exorbitant amount of whatever fuels it (EVE equivalent).
----Teleportation---- (similar to Houdini splicers). To save the FPS world from having to be instantaneously redrawn, it would almost be like a mini-game of sorts. You would see the red *poof* first then the camera would quickly start moving following a marker on the floor that you would have to direct and place where you wanted to go within the area allotted. If you're too slow and the marker goes beyond your range of influence you reform where you tried to vanish from. So basically you'd have 2-3 seconds to move your marker to where you want to reform then the camera would zoom in to FPS mode again through the re-appearing red poof. Just to make it more challenging so you couldn't do it left and right, you could accidentally reform partly morphed with objects like the piano we saw or some stairs either instantly dying or being unable to move until you teleport again (or maybe into enemies!?). It would give a firefight a whole new strategic dynamic and it would have a learning curve. Different levels could incorporate a re-charge time reduction, associated health loss and/or teleportation range.
----Molecularize----. Not a fantastic idea, but not the worst. I would consider this more for players that enjoy stealthy / creative attacks. I see this as something that needs to be done over a period of time. For example, with a chandelier over a group of enemies that is too strong/heavy to be ripped from the ceiling and thrown with telekenisis would have Booker using this ability at the fastened area to disintegrate the joint over say 5-10 seconds causing it to fall on the baddies below. This would be the sort of thing the developers would have to go through their maps again and create 'trap' scenarios that could be taken advantage of like removing joints holding up beams beneath a bridge, a lattice structure supporting a water tower, messing with switches so baddies can't open doors to assist their pals, maybe if you're good enough at it you could disintegrate the firing pins in enemies weapons from afar as long as they hadn't seen you yet, etc. I don't see this being used on enemies directly as they would initially sense it and it would need time to harm them that you would inevitably be using to defend yourself. Again, not the best, but I read somewhere that you may not keep all your abilities this time around so there may be certain time frames where it might be easier to take advantage of this to avoid a brutish fight or save Elizabeth from having to use her powers.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Nostrums (sorry for the names, it's just that he was a former Pinkerton and all lol)
----Leapin' Lizards----. I really like what a previous user said with the 'gymnastics' perk. Even if it only makes you able to jump twice as high, you might be able to get on certain things making it more difficult for baddies to give chase.
----Bull Run----. Looks like it was already incorporated from the gameplay vid when 'crow man' got pushed off the edge. I'm excited for this, reminds me of the Big Daddy drill dash but it is more realistic for the main character.
----Allan's Resolve----. As a former Pinkerton, the main character upon being struck will occasionally yell out causing weaker enemies to falter, run, or pause. Named after Allan Pinkerton, the founder of the detective agency for continually speaking out amidst opposition about a plan he believed was in motion to kill Lincoln before his election.
----Grounded----. As long as you are not in contact with a conductive surface, Booker no longer takes damage from electrical attacks.
----Other Side of the Looking Glass----. In the right environments with mirrors or reflective glass, this nostrom allows Booker to emit ionized particles affecting Handymen's minds due to their half man-half machine composition. They will see bizarre things in reflections albeit other rooms, duplicates of Booker, or other crazy stuff (Alice in Wonderland was written in 1865, well before Booker's current timeframe). This will cause them to get confused and perhaps attack the mirrors before Booker if he places himself correctly. Mirrors / glass are easily destroyed however so the advantage wouldn't last very long and would need to be in the right areas.
Well, I'm spent
