Okay. Bottom line, I'm not the best at hand drawn pictures. I'm a 3D/texture artist. However, I figured I'd go ahead a do a mock-up of my favorite screen shot(so far) from the game. Here is what I got:

Haha have you ever seen any sickanimation.com tunes?

    I get that vibe.

    Thumbs up!

    Hey folks,

Here's some Bioshock fan art I did up last nite. Its more for the original Bioshock than for Infinite. Gonna do some Infinite fan art next,

Seriously I love the Bioshock games. Its gonna be a hell of a wait for Infinite. Going to have to keep my impatience in check!

Here's a link to the fan art:

Ok here is my Bioshock Infinite fan art attempt.

I had the idea of including Irrational's original Bioshock along with a Bioshock Infinite aspect. Hence the Big Daddy drill and the brass robots hand. The drill, hand and background were all created separately just using Paint. Then I simply used Photoshop to place all the components on the same canvas. This took me around 3 hours. Feedback is appreciated. :]

Ps. I'm a Irrational Games forum noob! haha

    Here's a quick sketch I drew up.

It's a father and (son) looking up at bright Columbia on a rainy day.

@ ljfennell and NomarDll769. Good job with the pics

So Hi, this is my first post but after looking through this thread I instantly wanted to sign up and give it a go. So here is my drawing, I only had one 8B pencil and a rubber so it's a bit rubbish, of the Handy Man with claws, a bowler hat and a moustache like they said they originally designed it.

EDIT: Sorry I don't know how to make it smaller.

Had a shot at a character design for Bioshock: Infinite.

Although the Big Daddies and Little sisters are the iconic hero characters to the Bioshock universe, it is the Splicers that really define what is Bioshock for me.

The splicers have this almost tragic dignity to them. They are these half crazed (or probably more than half) aristocraticratic individuals who presence and fashion sets the era for Bioshock. Without them (even with the inherrent coolness of the big daddies) Bioshock would lose what makes it so special and unique.

So I decided for my first attempt to give a Splicer a shot. Its pretty rough, i'll admit but i wanted to scribble down something that conveyed a little bit of that dangerous, dignified and a maybe a little deranged gentlemanly aspect of a turn of the century splicer. (I am of course assuming that there will be Splicers of sorts in Infinite)

..and i finally worked out how to get images to show. Here's my Bioshock illustration from the other day!

Nice job redfrog on both pieces.

I am curious to see what will replace splicers and what other forms of genetic alteration there will be.

I would love to play a 2d Bioshock remake, some guy remade Left4Dead into a 2d game and it ended up sweet.

    Review: http://www.2d-x.com/review-8-bit-left-4-dead/

    Download: http://en.softonic.com/s/left-dead-2d-game

Created by Eric Ruth - got to admit he did some fine work.

I know I said I had something epic in the works, but I've been cramped for time.

BUT! Here is a little something I did today... at work (dont tell).

I made it for the thread in the general discussion section about who you would be in Columbia. I said I would be the equivalent to Sander Cohen. I also wrote up a brief history for the character and this piece is a part of that. Enjoy!

redfrog, phenomenal work on both pieces! the original Bioshock piece has a cartoony vibe that I love. The deranged gentleman on the other hand, has this steampunkness that I really think fits the new Bioshock setting.

    well done =]
