the voice is far too immature to really tell the difference. though he was stating in the diary that he was testing out the plasmid (for lack of better term) but if it is a girl, more sleeper agents could be out there?

Alot of them here i agreed on but one more of them would be when you look around Fort Frolic you find a plaster Sander Cohen, sitting like getting ready for his big show and take a audio diary and here his little Wild Bunny. That made my back shive.
Oh might be. Thought it was one of the first little sisters being converted. Could have been Jack. I don't know.
Putting together sander cohen's Art. Creepy
The base scares like the medical room filling with gas and having a splicer behind you were a little creepy. Watching the doctor mutilate that corpse was also a strong moment. But having to hunt down and kill men in order to take their picture was probably the high point in the creepiness factor.
Creepiest moment was with the doctor in the office and everything getting all foggy.
oh medical pavilion with that creepy doctor that comes up behind you. I screamed and shot him like crazy.oh but the first time I saw a big daddy I was afraid cause I thought if he saw me or if I walked by him he would get pissed...It took me a while to realize.
I freaked myself out too often (thats the kind of horror game Bioshock is though) but the creepiest for me was in the funeral homes when a splicer hides in the coffin and then there was the blood trail that lead to a locker i almost couldn't bring myself to open although it was empty...
Oh man I just had a good one, it is kind of funny at the same time though, so I was fighting a Big Daddy and right before he dies one of the propaganda recordings come on the PA, but I am busy fighting him to notice, so like right after I loot him and check the area for more splicers I notice the PA saying "...Splicer is a happy Splicer" and then some woman in the distance screams I USED TO BE BEAUTIFUL!, was pretty funny, yet creepy at the same time..

Haha that's awesome wish I heard it

I wish I had recorded it, I just had another this morning, I was in umm, Arcadia, and anyway I went into a sort of crawl space, and the lights flickered then went out, then all the sudden I start hearing this Splicer whistling, don't know why this was so creepy but it was. XD
Picking an item up just to turn around and see a freaking splicer looking straight at my face.
God. Dammit.

I did that, but then I had my wrench at, and I hit him in the face and he went down, and never got up, he was just trying to be my friend, I am sure if I had waited a few seconds he would have given me a hug.
Too many moments.
The first time you glimpse the splicer on the ceiling. You get plenty of warning but just like the Fast Zombies of Half-life 2 they still made me apprehensive. I mean, who checks the ceiling these days when they clear a room?
Having to deal with Sander Cohen and his plaster people.
Being attacked by Houdini splicers and stumbling upon their pagan altars actually made the hair on my arms stand up.
This one is easy....in the medical pavilion, went you go to loot a safe... suddenly the entire room fills with steam, then wen you look to your back is a ☺☺☺☺ing doctor splicer... i almost soiled myself at that moment
I HATED the medical pavilion. That crazy doctor reminded me of the doctor in the film Fear Dot Com. I was glad to put a bullet in that insane creep!
Lol it makses you wonder how a cat came down in the first place. Unless somebody brought it down as a pet? But then where are the Dogs?
Bioshock wasnt scary enough, I see how it could have been though, but you would have to change most of the game to make it as scary as my imagination can conjure.
There's several points, as I'm a very jumpy person.(I'm not going to list them all, don't worry.
)
When you peep through that window, and see a doctor Splicer just pounding the Hell out of a corpse for no apparent reason.
Then when Sander Cohen sends the Splicers to attack you to classical music is just twisted, but also one of my stand-out moments in the game.
And, finally, when I was attacking some Splicers with the Swarm plasmid, and then a Big Daddy tackled me from behind because the bees had attacked him too. I didn't have a clue what was going on until I heard the Little Sister.
My most memorable creepy moment was in the medical pavillion?(I think) where theres a shadow of a splicer operating and as you walk through the hall it goes pitch black and you hear his voice and footsteps in the water. I let a whole clip of ammo go off before the lights came back and he wasn't there anymore to turn around and have him jump out of a freaking cupboard in the wall.
That one, too fat! This one, too tall! This one... too symmetrical! That was creepy to me seeing Dr. Steinman in there crazed by his hallucinations of Aphrodite just butchering the patient on the table with the three individuals strung up on the walls. This is just one of the many creepy moments that comes to mind.

you pick up that tonic in Medical I can't remember what the tonic was though
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uSRNzfILcbg Check it out!
Most likely the moments (in both bioshock 1 and 2) when you pick the shotgun up and allll goes black.
A little creepy one is when you put a coin in Epstein the Swami and all he says:
"Let me tell you this: I wouldn't bet on you."
"So, better luck next time."
"Eh. Perhaps in a past life you did something terrible to somebody."
"Well, I hope you have somebody to carry on your family name."
"So, you think you're getting out of here?"
"Uh. It won't go well. It won't go well at all."
"Hmmm, no, I don't think so."
"Believe me when I tell you I wouldn't want to be in your shoes."
"Darling, just close your eyes and hope it's over quickly."
"Look at the bright side: maybe it'll be quick and painless."
"So, uh, you have a plot picked out yet?"
"Sweetheart, maybe you should ask somebody else for advice."
either when you get introduced to the Big Daddy or when you're in the med. pavillion and you get close to the creamatorioum and the door blows open and the splicer goes flying outin flames!

Definitely in Fort Frolic, after going through the Ice Tunnel, there's a point where you can go in this small room. On one side of the counter there's a button to unlock the basement door. Once you open that and head downstairs to collect loot, you'll see those manikin statues standing there. I got my loot and turned around; they were gone. Turned the other way and there they were. Curious, I moved closer to them. Then they moved and started attacking me.
Freaked me out.
Then I bashed their heads in with a wrench.
I agree! I noticed everytime your back was turned, they came closer, which was how I knew to shoot their bloody heads off before they got to me.
Also, the Dentist after the fog. When I played again, I expected it, and as long as you dont MOVE, he doenst get you. Just hold still, and shoot when the fog clears.
Lastly, in Medical, when you go into the flooded morgue, and see the dr hacking somebody, but the lights go out and when you come around the corner, hes gone. My heart was pounding and I was so SCARED! Bastartd jumped out of the wall and It took me forever to kill him, I was so freaked and he was jumping around. hhaha
When you are helping Cohen make his bizarre dead body masterpiece in Bioshock 1.
Splicer leading me to a dead end with some gardening supplies, turning around to see a splicer in a weird twig mask, then disappearing into what looks like a fleshy mess. . . . while laughing.
rite b4 u fight steinman wen he starts raving scared me s***less
The entire Fontaines Home For The Poor area, too many splicers jump to life in that place.
The lil sister 'view' fantasy world was quite odd - the people in the cells were logical, but who were all those people standing around you went past who were not acting like splicers ???
Lambs sychophants...
