Alone on map and map size corrupted.
Hey.
First thing,i tried to load my save and after 3 turns my game crashed,i tried to load it over and over and it kept crashing after 3 turns.
So i decided to start a new one,but whenever i start,dont matter the settings,i am alone on the map and the map is very very very small.

Firs thing is we all start alone with only a small part of the total world map shopwing and clouds/fog every where else. Once you move around the map (explore) more gets revealed and you meet other civs and city states.
As for crashing, you haven't said what kind of game you are trying to play and the settings you have used. You have what might be called a marginal system for playing this game so you will have to stick with smaller maps and dx9 with lower graphics settings. Simply your game will crash if your computer can't keep up.
