Save Games doesn't load (freezes in a black screen)

Everytime I try to load a save game,the game crashes in a black screen,I tried to remove some of the save games and let just 1,but didn't work.I couldn't find anything related to this issue,had to make this thread.

PS:Sometimes you can see the loading screen before it freezes,sometimes you can see the screen coming up before the crash,it varies.

I would really appreciate if somebody help me,thanks.
