It is the Riddle of the Sid event wonder.

Upon completion, the builder is compelled to come to the forum and ask what it means. The intent is to ensure at least something gets posted on the forum every coupled of weeks. The answer to the Riddle of the Sid has been queued up on mankind's list of ultimately unsolvable paradoxes just before the sound of one hand clapping and just behind the set of all sets that do not contain themselves.

There was a theory that you steal the sid by visiting folks. But I visited every person in a civ during one game without managing to steal the Sid.

I definitely got it straight after visiting somebody, although I've also visited everybody in a game without getting it. Maybe that means I already had it?

It is probably more likely that the Sid does not appear in every game. Do you remember what game number it was?

No, I dropped out so can't verify the happiness modifier either

Ah well. There goes the theory that it appears in every century game, or some other multiplier (say, 77?)
