    Unhappy I don't have the following diplomatic options: pact of secrecy and embargo. Why? :/

    Can Anyone help answer this question for me? Ever since I bought CIVILIZATION 5, I do not have the pact of secrecy, pact of cooperation or economic embargo diplomatic options. Does anyone know why? Is there some sort of expansion pact that I have to purchase to acquire these diplomatic options. I've been looking for an answer for days know, I'd really appreciate some insight.

    Pact of Secrecy was originally in the game but was removed when they updated the diplomatic options. It did nothing. Pact of Cooperation is replaced by Declaration of Friendship and I have no idea where in the world you pulled Economic Embargo from.
