3 day release delay?

I don't seem to understand. The game has a few months to come out but U.S. gets it 3 days before everyone else?

Combining all the players from Eu, Asia and Au/NZ along with all the others and compare it to the U.S. players, there's more players outside of the U.S. but they get it 3 days before everyone else. I don't understand. And also, when will the most limited editions be available in Au?

Different regions have different habits and traditions about when a game is released.

The traditional day for the U.S. is Friday. In the U.K., isn't it Tuesday? And so forth.

UK is Friday as is most of euro land I think, US is tues isnt it? has always been that way, only a few games get simultaneous world wide releases.

Many online stores ship a few days early so the difference is usually 1 or 2 days at most.

Well, whatever days it is in each place, there's one absolutely certain thing: it's all about the money. Releasing a game on an "off" day for a particular locale, can and will actually hurt initial sales of that game.

Im from the US and tuesday is traditional for games to come out. I can remember because a few games i couldnt wait outside the gamestop because i had work the next day

Yeah, I think it's Tuesday. That even seems to be the traditional day for new movie releases too. It may also be regulatory laws in each region that determines when each location can receive the game.
