Nba 2k12 My player DNQ

Ok, so i have been playing my player mode in Nba 2k12. I recently got injured after 40 games during which i led the league in points, assists, and steals. I also lead the MVP, ROTY, and DPOY races. I missed 13 games and now have dropped from the races and have a DNQ for all my stats. Is this permanant?
