And ya I do know about the diplomacy thing ray_tupper has done it to me with my great wall and his knights templar but i guess it is legal in ranked if everyone can do it

So do we basically erase the games India played and play the now two missing games against the replacement? I'm not totally against it but... I wouldn't necessarily of used certain civs against certain people. Whatever though I'm neither for nor against it. A restart would be better in my opinion I know it's a hassle but it's just the fair way to do it maybe.

OK, it's obvious by now that Raven has no intention of updating the records here. Since he's quitting the tourney's he apparently doesn't care about updating the records. I really don't want to have to restart after going 8-0 so i'm going to update the records myself in another thread. I just need to know first how everyone else involved thinks we should proceed. I think we should vote on it. Should we try to get a replacement for IN_DIA (Raven) or should we use the system that japyaknees was going to use for the first RR tourney after 1 of players quit? To refresh everybody's memory: People who haven't played Raven yet will get an auto-win for their games against him. While it won't affect the players' records who have already played him at all. What do you all (the remaining 6 players) think we should do?

This tourney was dead long ago, i tried to ignore your ego aslong as possible but its enough now.
3 players in the tourney messaged me with the message they would not continue since they lost to many games.
In the end its to unbalanced, players were not ready to play against forum members.
Its pitiful to see you trying to save your 8-0 record lol, proves my point time and time again.

When we played ranked I had the great wall as china while we were at war then u got the knights templar as the english then i kept trying to do diplomacy but you would just ignore it, ended up taking 2 of my cities before you quit

I'll butt in, if I may. I think the fairest would just be re-starting. One problem I see is that a few of the players are not even forum members.

Why don't you guys just play out the King titles for a while, (like queens, top, bottom etc) see who the 'players' are and take it from there. The 6 man brackets worked well on xbox (using bottom 10 civs) - that might be a little easier to get going (and finished)

I notice you didnt seem to have a finals - just the round robin? Maybe having the finals would keep peoples interest more as the set of people with a chance to get into the top 4 is greater than the set with a chance to win everything.
0-5 might not be able to win it but could still get you into finals or a play off for finals. With a si man bracket you ahve a chance to get into the finals untill the last few games.

It's very easy to not realize your opponent has the GW. I've made that mistake several times.
