For those of us who can't differentiate a thin black line from a thin brown line in strategic view!



Adds a "Roads and Rails" option to the overlay drop-down menu in the strategic view that displays the known routes.

Utilises the "Utils - Modular MiniMap Overlays" to maintain compatibility with other mods that add to the strategic view overlay list
