How is the online on PS3 for this game? Is the connection still stable?

I am thinking of getting this game with a friend and having FFA or multiplayer skirmishes. Are the online servers still active and still stable?

As far as I know it's fine (except for the leaderboard which has always been strange) but the multiplayer experience is much better on x-box because the majority of the community is on that platform.

Even though I am on the XBox, I would say that if you just want to play with friends, then there should not be any problems and you guys are going to have a ton of fun.

If you are looking to play other people, then yes, the XBox community is more active. But if you do not have an XBox I am sure you will be able to find some people to play on the PS3. You will just have to wait longer.

I'm on PS3 and rarely have to wait. If there is a wait, I can almost always find a match at player match > custom > FFA > fast timer.
