Meeee me me! Although im currently not on the game, i'll certainly hop on if someone else wants to join AG
I'll play a bit! I enjoy a good AG match, the chaos and challenge of having to hold the sister that long in a FFA is IMO more fun and less monotonous than SOTF. I'm not very good in FFA modes, tho haha. If there are more than 1 or 2 experienced players in the game, then I always lose
It really is shameful how the boosters usurped that mode and turned everybody else off of it.
I would LOVE to play real AG matches. I will suck at it until I learn what I'm doing. The only real experience I have with it is booster busting. While that can be fun, I'm sure it isn't exactly teaching me the game. But I'll catch on after a bit I imagine.
I also would like to play some real AG matches instead of chasing the boosters or jumping in with the newbies and leaving cause i want a fair fight.
I think it's just the nostalgia talking.

Booster busting can be fun, but like you, I long to play some real AG. Would be funny as hell if we all went in to play and happened in to a game with 3 or 4 boosters. Can you see 5 or 6 forum members descending on a booster club? THAT would be funny!

Last week my team of 3 or 4 ran into a couple boosters... they didn't stay very long
One of them had a headset and asked us to leave them alone because they were "just boosting". Gres said "well now I'll make a point to kill you", I agreed, and after a few no-stuns while they were busy with the turret they left.
if you take a team into regular adam grab isn't that boosting? or is going into AG with a team to kill boosters boosting? im beginnning to overthink all this. lol me and r3d normally like to destroy all the turrets geyser the vending machines and hide the sister to peeve everyone off.It is funny

I assumed he meant they went in to play a real AG game but, upon seeing the boosters, turned it in to a booster desecration match. I may be wrong, but that's the way I read it. But, as Forest said, "I'm not a smart man Jenny..."
That's what happened. Whenever I take a team in AG, it's about playing a real game. If we come across a boosting party, we kill the turrets, grab the girl and kill whoever. Yanno, play the game. I will admit to taking the sister in the FF glitch and killing someone who kept coming in after me. I also admit to killing bigbrother as often as possible.. because I never let him win a FFA.
Actually, it was both. We played a real match and just made a point to kill them whenever we passed the turret they were milking. We didn't camp and wait for them to respawn so we could kill them right away. just a "while I'm passing by" kinda thing.
It is possible to take a lobby of friends into a FFA match and not boost or cheat in any way. It's just like doing a private match with friends (where boosting is pointless), except you're in a public lobby earning adam by playing the mode as it was intended.
With AG being so rarely populated by players that actually want to play it, if you get 3 friends with you and go in, it's like a private match with the bonus of earning adam. It's even possible to play a legit match with friends while avoiding the boosters alltogether. just depends on whether you feel like trying to scare them off or not.
and hehehe, it's true. Gres never lets me win in AG. She's become quite deadly with that RoF crossbow... Gres, I just gotta get you hooked on the elephant gun...

I did a few AG matches the other day by myself... The first 2 were me against the boosters... no challenge as I was the only one who seemed to want the girl, so I thought I'd scare them off by ending the match in less than 4 mins (less time for them to milk the turrets). I was right. After the second match they left one by one. After the last one left, I got the "processing" screen and surprise! once it finished processing I was in another lobby with the same 3 boosters. I went into the match with the intent of ending it (and winning) as quick as possible again... But, soon after it started another player joined who was doing it right. He tried hard to win, even took her to a leg-up spot... Long story short, I won with 17 kills and like 4 or 6 deaths... one of the boosters tried to get the girl from me a couple times, but he seemed to have no awareness of the death trap tonic and even after getting the girl in-hand stood near my corpse...
If the boosters spent as much time playing the game properly as they do hacking turrets, they'd probably learn the ins and outs pretty quickly... just reeks of laziness to me...

I could teach both of you how to use it if you'd like. I think it is easier to go from EG to CB though.
Thanx, but I'm fairly comfortable with the elephant gun, as I've shown you before...CB headshots are easier though... I was headshotting with the elephant gun and RoF CB'ing long before you started playing this game.

I was actually referring to a CTS match we played a while back (I think you or xen was hosting, you were both there) where I came in late and helped your team maintain a tie while getting the most kills in the match at the same time.I think the last time we met, I no stun hs with the EG you even with the lag.

elephant gun has enough users as there is, gres is good with her crossbow, theres only a few people that can beat the eb/cb/eg people with rof and i believe gres to be one of them.
