Will I be able to pre-order GameStop Borderlands Collector Edition in France?

I am not 100% on the collector's edition, but I know you will be able to get the premier club bonus from these retailers in France: - Micromania
- FNAC
- Cdiscount
- GAME FR
- Jeux Vidéo and Co

I bet they will have the collectors editions.
