why are there no security bots in bioshock multiplayer? do you think there should be?
If they added it to one gametype like possibly Turf War for example, I think it could be interesting.
That would be an interesting plasmid "summon security" or something like that. If a player used it, whatever damage the turret received would be taken out of their eve bar. The eve bar would be the turrets life bar. Also if it was in game the player who summon the security bot would be locked into only that plasmid or the bot would disappear. That would be kind of cool to use. It makes me wonder it Deadly Machines would boost the security bot.
Logically, deadly machines would effect bots were they included in MP (they are machines, after all)... Thankfully they didn't add security bots to MP, imagine the nightmare; a player who is hack-happy plus a security bot... player camps their hacked turret and has a security bot flying around them... OMG, I'd rather eat a light bulb (again). Then imagine the lesser of the two evils: a player who roams with a bot on their shoulder... TK TK TK, and the bot finishes you off...

I think security bots would be awesome as longas you nerve it:
-it cost 1 entire eve bar to sommen 1 security bot
-only 1 security bot can be sommend
- you cant use plasmids whole having a security bot
or everybody starts with a security bot but once you die once you wont have a security bot until next round/match
I like the idea but its very hard to not make it overpowerd lthings like "TK TK TK and bots finisching you of"
would indeed be a nightmare
Thanks for being supportive...security bots sound over powered but what if they were easier to kill?
