The ones I know of are
The one in fort frolic with the glitched window where u can go outside the on in arcadia where you can get past two gates and the one in hepheastus where you can climb the rocks beside the core

I didnt know of the Arcadia one, which gates do you mean and how do you get there?

Well, in Hepheastus:
-You can get behind the gated areas on each side of the Andrew Ryan statue/ Gardens Eve machine
-You can get underneath the Big Wheel in the middle of the middle of the map. aka the pit where instant death happens.
-You can get up on the pipes that look like lava lamps in the room with the machine turret.

Fort frolic:
-You can get on signs

Arcadia:
-You can get on a platform by jumping on a tree and then legging-up to the platform in both rocket turret rooms.

Farmer's Market:
-You can get on both of the Green/ White stripped banner thingys (sorry forgot what they were called XD) in the room with the Rocket Turrets.

Kashmir Restaurant:
-Not really a glitch but, BALLOONS are in this map and pop when shot. Just some major Lawlz.

Home for The Poor:
-You can get behind the gated area that is located in the circular area behind the machinegun turret.

Neptune's Bounty:
-You can get up on top of the tall buildings to the left and right side of the Rocket Turret. *hint- use leg-up and aerodash.
-You can get into the open spaces on the buildings also by jumping at the open holes on the side.

Point Prometheus:
-You can go into the museum displays on the side of the walls. *hint- use rez and gl yourself into them.
-Lots of Leg-up areas.

Smuggler's Hideout:
-You can get ontop of the square structure above the water by using aerodash and leg-up.

Fighting McDonagh's:
-You can get behind the sign next to the machinegun turret room and down the stairs from the arena area.

Dionysus Park:
-You can get outside of the map by jumping through the glass window, like in Fort Frolic. It is located next to a vending machine behind one of the narrow hallways with a machinegun turret.

Siren Alley:
-I believe that you can get behind the gated area where most respawn but, was told by a friend he did it and didn't see it for myself so, I'm not sure.

WTF I only knew of like 3 of them..Ill have to try all of them out when I get to play some BS2 again.
P.S.: How do you get into gated areas and underneath the big wheel in hepheastus? I remember trying to get under the big wheel several times but I always ended up dying?

For getting under the wheel: use geyser traps. Also, the gates are very tricky because you basically have to glitch past the barrier keeping you from the other side, which requires a somewhat bad connection from what I've seen.
