How do you back up this game!!

Hello all,

This is my first post but have an important question to ask. I just got a bad virus on my computer. So I must reformat my hard drives and reinstall everything. I have been playing BIOSHOCK for awhile now and its a great game. The thing is I want to back up or save my game so I dont have to start all over again when I reinstall the OS and game. Can someone please tell me how to back up my saved game on a CD or Flashdisk or something???

There are save game files in your My Documents folder. I believe it's actually under either something labeled "2k" or "bioshock"

I beleive you should be able to just copy those save game files to a backup place, and then when you reinstall, coppy them back to the exact same space.

I hope it works as i've yet to try it (will sooon myself)

On Vista the saves are located in the Documents folder of the user who played the game, under a folder called, simply, "Bioshock"

C:\Users\username here\Documents\Bioshock

There's a folder there aptly named "SaveGames", and I bet you can guess what's in there? Back that folder up.
