Mafia ii||windows 7 64-bit crashes in chapter 2

Can somebody please help me! I bought Mafia II on steam today...I passed the first chapter and moved on to chapter 2. Now...at the beginning of the chapter when Joe drives Vito around, after they have a long talk and turn right after passing under the bridge, the game crashes and takes me to my desktop. There is no error message. All that happens is the screen turns black for a moment and just crashes. What do I do?!

Hi, same problem here. Mafia 2 (czech language) crashes during the initial ride in chapter 2. Every time on the exact same location.

Any solution? Played Demo and 1st chapter without any problem.

Win7 64bit, Core i5 2400, ATI 6870
