It has come to my attention that there is a certain amount of discrimination torwards Junior Poster's. I for one am enraged. Do not let the word JUNIOR fool you. I have been playing Civ Rev for several years and your lack of respect will not be tolerated. I am ranked in the top 40 in free-for-all and have earned every bit of my ranking. You will hear my opinions and respect them or feel my wrath.

Gloating isn't bad and I think we should see more of it. It causes ruckus and mayhem which I sometimes favor. Gets the blood pumping and rivalries started that can become friendships after someone witnesses brutality from another. Slaughterz do your thang bro and get everyone to know your "wrath".
Oh and weak losers complain about how rank don't matter. It does and I love the fact I'm very high ranked even using mid to low level civs. Arabs are not more powerful than English, Germans is too strong and MultiPlayaBeast is out!
I think you are confused on who is being the doosh here. You used to be proud as hell of your top 40 rank about a year ago....I dont treat you like a doosh because you have never been ranked as high as me........

Considering I hardly play FFA of course I would not be as highly ranked in it. In H2H I have been as high as #2 several times. And bragging about top 40? Lmao that has never happened. However I have bragged about having two accounts in the top 5 before and even then it was in reply to someone congratualating me.

First of all this is not my first rank up. I have been reset 4 times. The top 40 is not that impressive until you have gotten in there time after time. Not to mention it was 2 days ago and now I'm 26 and will continue to go up. Secondly, the whole point of this thread was to get a little more respect for the good players that are junior members, xALAKAZOOx, ITz DENI3D, Myself and several others. Then ASSmodeios decided to come in and make it a who's d!ck is bigger contest and blow it out of proportion. Who by the way probably has the smallest judging by how much you are on here talking smack and not getting any. I'd be willing to be the only vag you've ever seen is the one you came out of, but anyway gear it down clown shoe no one cares what you have to say.
To be fair, as an outside observer, you seem like the one who started this whole thing, making a thread for no real reason. And I think the 'discrimination' against junior posters in general is a red herring since they're usually newcomers who think they're the best after beating deity, or just full of talk about rank or whatever and don't actually contribute anything useful. Keep this personal stuff to PMs in future? Or over X-Box live or whatever
Itz Denied, though I'm unsure about exactly how good he is, is the only one of those names who actually engages in any strategy discussion as far as I can tell. And ultimately, on this forum, that's what's important. Gloat about rank elsewhere, it's pretty meaningless here to be honest. Most of the best players don't even play ranked anymore.
I played maybe 1-2 games a week on average in the last 3 months of 2011 and I got into the top 50 H2H....and I'm not even a great player. So it's really not all that difficult. Just a matter of time if you play a lot really.
You right my man, people who have any type of beef should definitely settle it with a battle in tourney or player match of some sort. It is common for people to talk and badger another but we not settling differences with what really matters, what really shows results... A actual battle.

Well said Grizzley, I for one was talking reckless and I feel in a way I was not being so prideful but in the end I met those on here who are strong and can beat me. I recognized the greatness of using a lower civ to overcome a power civ authoritI, lol!
Broken leaderboards (by resets and freezers) have created a interesting dynamic here, because you get some people in ranked chasing the top rank and killing everyone they play then you have some very good players not playing ranked at all (or just mucking around with the mongols etc) because they had their go at ranked a long time ago and got burnt or got bored with it.
As a result you get this constant stream of people who think they are the greatest
Then at some point the Pawks and Thrashers of the world probably bash them so badly they feel like giving up Civ...
