Hi, I have Nuclear Missiles stationed in cities, but when I click on the "fire" button, it will not launch. The intended city IS within range. However, when I get Atomic bombs I have no problem launching them from cities.
Am I missing something? I read the Manual but it says nothing about needing anything else to fire these missiles.

Do you have a peace treaty signed with your target?
Host your save somewhere and let us try it.
The target city has to be visible to one of you units. In general only visible units and cities can be targeted by anything including nukes. Try moving a worker in
Nuclear missiles do NOT need to see the target. (unless it changed recently)
I have fired them into zones I can't see (deep in enemy territory)
After selecting the unit and left clicking on the fire icon, are you selecting the target by left clicking on the to be destroyed city. Should get red targeting arrow and blue range limits to confirm. Same process as a bomber or fighter attack, guided missle launch etc.Originally Posted by TERMlNATOR
