Black Screen?

Guys im getting what seems like random black screens while playing Civ 5 ... I mean the game starts fine runs for like 30 mins to 1 hour then BAMM! ... Black screen from no where. When i Ctrl, Alt & Del out i can see the Civ 5 Status under the Applications tab says running so the game hasn't\cant be crashing.

Ive tried disabling the intro video and checked the .ini file to make sure the game is set to my monitors correct resolution, I'm running the latest v285.62 nvidia drivers, Ive updated Direct x too.

This don't happen in ANY other game i own\play.

I'm running Civ 5 in DX11 mode.

Here's my specs.

CPU: i7 920 D0@3.6GHz
RAM: 6GB Corsair DDR3 XMS3@1376MHz
SSD: Corsair 120GB Force 3 SSD(Win7 & apps)
HDD: Seagate Barracuda SATA II 500GB(storage)
Monitor: LG W2452T 24" @ 1920x1200
GFX Card: Gainward GTX 580 "GOOD Edition" 1536MB@850/1700/2200
O\S: Windows 7 Ultimate X64

If it makes any difference all my games are installed and running from my Seagate Barracuda SATA II 500GB HDD although it shouldn't do because it makes no difference in any other game.

Could anybody suggest why Civ 5 maybe giving me the black screens, Maybe somebody knows of a fix or even something that may work that i could try.

There is an infrequent black screen event that can happen with Nivida cards/drivers when a leader screen wants to come up... sound keeps going, game keeps playing, may see mouse arrow but lose video. Suggested fix has been to turn down leader scene quality to low end. Other than that its load the autosave and hope for the best.

Well i disabled the intro video and ive installed some beta drivers, v295.51's ... Not sure witch of the two it was but the issue seems to have gone .....

Not quite sure how a intro movie should effect a game mid-game though.
