Graphical Error

Whenever i start the game the screen is frozen onto the starting save screen and won't budge or change if i press escape during the dialogue i see a gimpse of the game picture but then it freezes onto the menu, the game keeps running i just can't see anything.

any ideas whats going on?

here the same! after waiting about 4 days to activate over damned steam, the game is installed now but i've got exactly the same problem. also this language bug. can't change english language neither by clicking my language at the installation option nor at the ready installated game at the options menu.
that's the badest buy i ever made. but thanks for fixing the steam problem :/
