Mac / PC: Can I get the other platform for free?

Hi,

I bought my box copy of Civ IV for Windows several years ago. (I didn't want to wait for the Mac version to come out). Now, I would prefer to run it on my Mac mini, if possible.

Firaxis, any chance I can get a copy of the application for Mac?

Hi there, if you pick up a copy of Civ IV on Steam, the game will be available to you on either PC or Mac via Steamplay. However, the original retail version for PC will only work natively on PC.
