Icon Sizes and Usage

I'm trying to compile a list of the icon sizes and an example of their usage for the various (common) game items. I've found all the icon sizes that are referenced by the items (from the xml files) and for all but one an example of where they are used (I only need one place for checking that the icons are correct, not an exhausive list of everywhere in the UI that particular icon size is used), but can't find the "Tech 45"

Anybody happen to know where that one is used?

Bookmarked! This is a nice reference when modifying graphics.

Size 64 looks like it's mainly used for Civilopedia Hovers, yet the promotions section doesn't have icon hovers when mousing over the list. Although, the panel to the right of the list also has some icons for things like "Required Promotions:". They look pretty similar in size to the hover icons, so maybe that size is for those? Just a guess.

The 45 for Techs I'm not sure and have to fire-up a game to check it out.
