I'm getting no PhysX, 2k help me.

just bought the game for PC.
in game i have no features related to Nvidia PhysX.

i have GTS450 and latest drivers and latest physx.
Also from Control panel i set Physx on GPU or CPU but no difference.
Dont tell me reinstall drivers or physx or the game itself (im not a newbie)

Those human limbs doesnt cut
help me to get what i paid for.
